I've found these two DAM systems for OSX:

MerlinOne

Elvis (Dam or Drive)

Elvis Drive, integrated with Adobe Creative Suite

They look great!

Any experience?

CatDV comes closest, and supports FCPXML, I"d not consider anything else.
